Project Manager - Residential Build
Adecco is partnering with a well-established construction business delivering high-quality residential developments to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This role will play a key part in the delivery of high-end villas, focused on quality, programme certainty, and exceptional outcomes for end users. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a detail-driven, client-focused residential environment and is confident delivering multiple dwellings to a high standard.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of residential construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full construction lifecycle of high-end residential dwellings
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Owning programme, cost, quality, and H&S outcomes
- Managing variations, procurement, and construction risk
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Driving presentation, workmanship, and finish quality on site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction
- Demonstrated delivery of multiple dwellings or villa-style developments
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and finishes
- Confident leadership style with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Solid commercial awareness and programme control skills
- A solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- A focus on quality, safety, and customer outcomes
Experience in aged-care living, lifestyle villages, or similar residential developments will be highly regarded.
