- Führung und Planung des Metzgerteams
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste in der Metzgerei sowie im Restaurant
- Fachgerechte Verarbeitung unserer erlesenen Fleischprodukte von unserem
Partner LUMA Delikatessen

Mithilfe bei Gestaltung und Umsetzung des Fleischangebots inklusive Special Cuts
-
Schulen der Metzgerei- und Servicemitarbeiter über unser vielfältiges Fleischangebot (Cuts, Herkunft, Rassen, Fütterung, Geschmack, etc.)

Verantwortung für das Fleischbestellwesen

Mitarbeit an speziellen Events sowie Durchführen unserer «Butchers Experiences»
