Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven assistent winkelverantwoordelijke die de handen uit de mouwen wil steken.
Als assistent ben je de rechterhand van de winkelverantwoordelijke.
Je staat midden in de actie en neemt een actieve rol op de winkelvloer.
Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende afdelingen om te ondersteunen waar nodig.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit als Assistent winkelverantwoordelijke?
• Operationele ondersteuning: 95% van je tijd ben je op de werkvloer te vinden.
Je helpt met het aanvullen van schappen, zorgt dat de winkel er netjes uitziet en ondersteunt je collega’s bij drukte of afwezigheden.
• Team coördinatie: Je motiveert en stuurt het winkelteam aan, je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
• Administratie: 5% van je tijd doe je administratieve taken o.a. voorraadbeheer, bestellingen plaatsen, …
• Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van de hygiëne en veiligheidsnormen

Profiel• Een eerdere ervaring in een Retail omgeving is een must! Bij voorkeur in een supermarkt
• Je bent hands-on en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving
• Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent stressbestendig
• Je bent flexibel naar werktijden en taken toe
• Je hebt een goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling
• Tot slot kan je goed zelfstandig werken
