Standortleiter:in Ferienbetreuung Summer City Camps
Wir suchen DICH für die Leitung eines Projektstandortes einer ganztägigen Ferienbetreuung für Wiener Schüler:innen (6-12 Jahre). Du übernimmst die administrative und pädagogische Verantwortung für einen Summer City Camps Standort. Das Projekt läuft 9 Wochen (06.07.2026-04.09.2026). Die Anstellung kann 8 oder 9 Wochen umfassen zuzüglich 2 bzw. 4 Wochen Vor- und Nachbereitung (je nach Anstellungszeitraum).
Koordination & Anleitung des gesamten Teams, Unterstützung bei der pädagogischen Planung, Qualitätssicherung, Kommunikationsschnittstelle sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
- Qualifikation Praxiserfahrung mit Kindergruppen (mind. 500 Stunden)
- Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit Erfahrung in der Teamleitung, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit sowie verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit zur zielgruppenadäquaten Programmgestaltung
- Führungsentwicklung Übernahme von Verantwortung in der Team- und Standortleitung zur Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Leadership-Qualitäten
- Modernes E-Learning Fundierte Vorbereitung zu u.a. Kinderschutz, Aufsichtspflicht inkl. Zertifikat
- EHK-Ausbildung Zertifizierte Ersthelfer:innen-Ausbildung (16h) bzw. Auffrischung (8h)
(Kosten werden übernommen) - Arbeitsklima Motiviertes Team, Raum zur pädagogischen Entfaltung und ein starkes Netzwerk
- Unterstützung Möglichkeit zur Supervision für persönliche und fachliche Weiterbildung
Rahmenbedingungen:
- Arbeitszeit Montag - Freitag, Vollzeit (37h)
Einteilung laut Dienstplan in der Zeit zwischen 7:15 Uhr und 18 Uhr - Standorte ausgewählte Wiener Schulen
- Bezahlung nach SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 7: mind. € 3.074,80 brutto/Monat bei 37
Std./Woche
+ € 350 Leitungszulage sowie aliquotes Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
+ Bezahlung der Vorbereitungstage. Die Gehaltshöhe richtet sich nach den
anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
