Ingénieur·e conseils en structures béton – 80–100 % – Suisse romande
Dans ce rôle, vous combinez expertise technique et développement commercial. Vous conseillez les ingénieurs civils et les entreprises de construction dans la planification et la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques, tout en contribuant activement au développement du marché en Suisse romande. Vous intervenez proche des projets et accompagnez les partenaires depuis les premières phases de planification jusqu’à la réalisation.
Vos responsabilités
- Conseil technique et dimensionnement d’armatures spéciales pour les ingénieurs civils et les entreprises de construction
- Identification systématique de projets et d’appels d’offres avec le soutien d’un système CRM
- Développement et entretien d’un réseau solide auprès des bureaux d’ingénieurs et entreprises de construction en Suisse romande
- Organisation et réalisation de présentations techniques et formations clients
- Participation à des événements professionnels
- Soutien et accompagnement de projets, de leur avant-projet jusqu’à leur exécution
- Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe interne d’ingénierie, d’administration et de production
- Analyse technique, optimisation et suivi des offres
- Documentation de contacts, de projets et d’activités dans le système CRM
La zone d’activité couvre principalement la Suisse romande (VD, GE, FR, NE, VS, JU).
Votre profil
- Diplôme d’ingénieur civil (HES ou EPF)
- Excellentes connaissances en structure béton armé
- Plusieurs années d’expérience au sein d’un bureau d’ingénieurs
- Capacité à expliquer clairement des solutions techniques et à conseiller les clients de manière convaincante
- Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation, personnalité ouverte contact facile
- Français courant ou langue maternelle (minimum C1), bonnes connaissances en allemand (au moins B2)
- Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée objectifs
- Volontairement disposé à visiter régulièrement les clients dans toute la Suisse romande
- Forte aisance relationnelle et sens du partenariat avec les clients
