Teamlead CRM (Marketing) (m/w/d)
Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Handels- und Consumer-Umfeld suchen wir einen Teamlead CRM, der datengetriebenes CRM mit klarem Performance-Fokus weiterentwickeln möchte. Junges, dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld und gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. In einem Mix aus Home Office (40%) und Präsenzarbeit. Aufgaben
Ziel: Steuerung und Optimierung kanalübergreifender CRM-Kampagnen
- Analyse von Kundendaten und KPIs zur Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung von Segmentierungs-, Trigger- und Personalisierungslogiken
- Fachliche Verantwortung für CRM-Kanäle wie Newsletter, Direct Mail, App und Print
- Führung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, IT und weiteren Schnittstellen
- Aus Sicht des Kunden denken und entsprechend wirksame Kampagnen umsetzen
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in CRM / datengetriebenem Marketing
- Teamlead Erfahrung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- -Sehr gutes Verständnis für Performance, Customer Journey und Marketing Automation
- Sehr gutes Prozess-Verständnis für die Teil-Disziplinen im CRM (Newsletter, Direktmailings, Loyaltyprogramm, Analytics)
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen / Automation-Tools
- Gespür für User-Journeys und Customer Lifetime Kampagnen
