Projektleiter (m/w/d) Simulationssysteme
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Projektleiter (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für nationale und internationale Entwicklungsprojekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen, Budget und Leistung
- Zudem steuern Sie komplexe technische Projekte und koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams aus Entwicklung, Fertigung, Lieferanten und externen Partnern
- Auch verantworten Sie Projektplanung, Risikomanagement, Fortschrittskontrolle sowie die Erstellung technischer und kaufmännischer Projektberichte
- Darüber hinaus agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Stakeholdern, führen Verhandlungen und begleiten Änderungen im Rahmen des Vertrags- und Claim Managements
- Zusätzlich treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse voran und unterstützen Projektteams durch fachliche Führung und strategische Steuerung
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Zudem bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer Projekte mit – idealerweise im Umfeld Simulation, Systementwicklung oder sicherheitskritischer Technologien
- Auch besitzen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden, z. B. V-Modell, Scrum oder vergleichbaren Vorgehensmodellen sowie idealerweise entsprechende Zertifizierungen
- Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie sicher mit SAP, Jira, Confluence und MS Office und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes technisches sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Zusätzlich überzeugen Sie durch Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
