Join us as a Cable Jointer, working across LV and HV jointing, installations, maintenance and fault work on Auckland’s network. Deliver safe and high-quality outcomes every day.

We offer full-time, permanent work with 40 hours guaranteed weekly, and penalty rates for overtime, and allowances for faults roster participation, nights and occasional aways.

We’re looking for a safety‑focused, self‑motivated Cable Jointer with strong technical capability and attention to quality.
You will bring:
- Relevant Line Mechanic Registration and current Practising Licence
- National Certificate in Electricity Supply (Cable Jointer – High Voltage) Level 4
- Sound knowledge of SMEI and Safe Practices for LV Electrical Work
- Detailed knowledge of LV/HV reticulation systems and HV operating and access permit procedures
- Experience installing HV primary equipment and associated cabling
- Strong planning, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
