- Die Fähigkeit und die Begeisterung MIT einem Team und IN einem Team zu arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Eigenmotivation, selbständiges und zielorientiertes Handeln sowie Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Die Erfahrung vertriebliche Herausforderungen zu meistern
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb bzw. Direktvertrieb
- Intensives Begleitcoaching und praktisches Training auf der Verkaufstour zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Verkäufer/innen sowie eigenständiger Tourenvertretung
- Realisierung der erarbeiteten Umsatz- und Neukundenziele deines Teams
- Tourenplanung, Mitarbeitergespräche, Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Niederlassungsleitung in organisatorischen Belangen sowie in der Umsetzung der Vorgaben des bofrost* Standards
