
Quarry Operator
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Quarry Operator to work in our night shift team based in Drury South Auckland.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team, who share a passion for operating heavy plant. As a Quarry Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a range of quarry plant within a construction material extraction quarry. We are looking for someone who has experience operating either loaders, dump trucks, excavators or watercarts plus willing and able to perform other tasks such as Weighbridge duties.
The successful candidates will be required to work night shift. The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday flexibility will be required with this role.
The successful candidate will also have:
Must have a full class 2 licence
WTR endorsements is a must
Quarry plant operation experience is advantageous.
An unwavering commitment towards safety
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Night shift allowance will apply to this position.
Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 3:30am
Friday 3:30pm – 2:30am
