Quality Manager - GMP & Project Management (m/w/d)
Wir suchen ab sofort für die langfristige Überlassung an unseren Kunden, welcher zu den weltweit größten Pharmafirmen gehört, einen Quality Manager (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std/ Woche).
- Verantwortung für komplexe, standortübergreifende Projekte zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der cGMP‑Anforderungen
- Sicherstellung der Compliance mit internen und externen Qualitäts‑ und regulatorischen Vorgaben (cGMP, SOPs, Behördenanforderungen)
- Steuerung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsinitiativen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
- Fachliche Unterstützung von Projekt‑ und Linienfunktionen in qualitäts‑ und GMP‑relevanten Fragestellungen
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Due‑Diligence‑Aktivitäten sowie Bewertung von Qualitäts‑ und Compliance‑Risiken
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit langjähriger Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Qualitäts‑, Produktions‑ oder Operations‑Umfeld
- Praxisbewährte cGMP‑Expertise sowie Erfahrung in Technical Development, QA und/oder Produktion
- Fähigkeit zur Analyse, Bewertung und Entscheidungsfindung in komplexen cGMP‑ und Compliance‑Fragestellungen
- Erfahrung in komplexen, standortübergreifenden Projekten sowie im Umgang mit globalen Stakeholdern
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, hohe Organisations‑, Kommunikations‑ und Durchsetzungsstärke
Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 3.500,- vorgesehen (dieses übersteigt jedenfalls das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt). Die letztgültige Gehaltsvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches.
