Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
Was sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Bestimmungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten, Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Vertragsänderungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bescheinigungen
- Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitern, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und anderen Institutionen
- Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Personalakten und Prozessen im Personalbereich zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Unterstützung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung im Recruitingprozess, von der Bewerberkommunikation über Telefoninterviews bis hin zur Organisation von Probearbeitstagen und Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement sowie Koordination und Terminierung aller recruitingrelevanten Abläufe
Qualifikation
Was Du mitbringst:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalwesen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohnabrechnung
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sorgfältiger Umgang mit der Bereitstellung und Pflege von Daten sowie Auswertungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
- Diskretion, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
