In Düsseldorf erweitern wir unser Angebot durch den Bau eines großzügigen Wellnessbereichs, um unser Produkt vor Ort weiterzuentwickeln und unseren Gästen noch mehr Komfort zu bieten. Darüber hinaus wachsen wir auch geografisch: Nach 16 Jahren Erfolg am Standort Düsseldorf steht der Startschuss für den Bau unseres zweiten Standorts Köln bevor. Aufgaben
- Operative Begleitung bei baulichen Maßnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung bei technischen Projekten
- Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotel
- Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten externer Firmen sowie Erstellung eines Angebotsspiegels
- Unterstützung und Begleitung bei Baustellenbegehungen sowie laufenden Um- und Neubauprojekten (u. a. neuer Wellnessbereich)
- Ansprechpartner für TÜV- und Sicherheitsprüfungen (z. B. Aufzüge, Brandschutz, Elektro)
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im technischen Bereich (z. B. Elektriker, Anlagenmechaniker, Mechatroniker) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Technisches Verständnis, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
