
Spa Therapist & Receptionist
Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist & Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards
- Building long term relationships with our guests
- Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets
- Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will:
- Assist all visitors to the Luxe Spa at the Pullman and fitness centre, each time delivering an amazing guest service experience
- Manage inquiries & treatment bookings
- Upsell products and services, effectively providing solutions to meet the needs of our guests
- Ensure this outlet is kept immaculate at all times – including gym & pool areas and treatment rooms.
