Operates equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. Calibrates and runs process equipment and processes in the fabrication environment. Determines and/ or follows techniques to trouble-shoot/ implement corrective action to bring process within control parameters. - Works on assignments with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools - Delivers own output under close supervision and guidance - Solves problems which require knowledge of specific processes and procedures Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. - Shares information within the team - Skill: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. - Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. - Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
