
Investment Advisor - Gravitas Recruitment Group

Role Overview:
The Investment Advisor is responsible for maintaining direct client contact to deliver personalized investment advice, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and ensure compliance with risk profiles and product suitability. The role plays a key part in supporting the organisation’s commitment to delivering tailored, efficient investment services.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in private banking or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of client risk profiling and portfolio management
• Knowledge of investment products and due diligence processes
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough portfolio reviews and asset allocation advisory
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage direct relationships with tagged clients, providing timely and suitable investment advice
• Conduct regular (at least annual) portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives and risk profiles
• Offer asset allocation advice in accordance with the CIO view
• Ensure investment products recommended are on the approved lists, following due diligence
• Keep relationship managers informed of portfolio changes
• Coordinate with RMs, team heads, and market heads to achieve business targets and resource allocation
• Handle efficient and timely order execution
• Ensure adherence to clients’ risk profiles and investment knowledge considerations
Requirements:

• Experience in private banking or a similar environment
• Proven track record in investment advisory or portfolio management
