INFIRMIER DE (F/H)

Vous assurerez, en journée, la coordination des soins et l'accompagnement des personnes accueillies au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées - Vous évaluerez les besoins de santé et élaborerez les projets de soins individualisés - Vous administrerez les traitements prescrits et assurerez la surveillance clinique des personnes accompagnées - Vous coordonnerez les interventions avec les équipes soignantes et les professionnels de santé extérieurs

- Durée: 3/jours
- Salaire: 14.01 euros/heure

- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, d'empathie et de respect de la dignité
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires de l'établissement
- Vous êtes organisé·e et attentif·ve au suivi des protocoles de soins
