Dans un cadre bienveillant et professionnel, vous interviendrez pour répondre aux besoins de santé des résidents d'un établissement pour personnes âgées.
- Assurer les soins infirmiers quotidiens aux résidents avec rigueur et attention
- Collaborer efficacement avec l'équipe médicale pour élaborer et suivre les plans de soins personnalisés
- Participer activement aux réunions pluridisciplinaires afin de garantir une prise en charge globale des résidents
- Veiller à la bonne tenue des dossiers médicaux en respectant la confidentialité et les normes en vigueur
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de soins en partageant vos observations et suggestions avec l'équipe

- Contrat: CDD
- Durée: de 1 à 3/mois à adapter en fonction de vos disponibilités
- Salaire: à partir de 16.68 euros/heure (rémunération basée sur l'année d'obtention du diplôme)

- Titulaire du Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e)
- Capacité à prodiguer un soin empathique et personnalisé aux aînés
- Excellentes compétences en communication et écoute attentive
- Flexibilité pour intégrer une équipe pluridisciplinaire dynamique
- Habileté à gérer des situations d'urgence avec calme et efficacité
