- Équipe : Collaboration étroite avec 5 aides-soignants (AS) par jour.
- Le poste : Vous êtes le seul IDE en poste sur la journée, garant de la continuité des soins et du suivi des résidents.
- Rythme : Poste de jour en 12h (7h45 - 19h45) incluant 2h de pause.
- Planning attractif : Roulement sur 2 semaines.
- Semaine 1 : Lundi, Jeudi, Vendredi travaillés.
- Semaine 2 : Mardi, Mercredi, Samedi, Dimanche travaillés.
- Salaire : 3 256 € brut / mois.
- Transport : Prise en charge à 50% du pass Navigo OU accès au parking de l'établissement.
- Les + : Mutuelle avantageuse et avantages CSE. Nous recherchons un Infirmier ou une Infirmière motivé(e) pour rejoindre un établissement pour personnes âgées en CDI.
- Détenir le Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e)
- Faire preuve d'empathie et de bienveillance envers les résidents
- Posséder de solides compétences en communication et en écoute active
- Être capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement multidisciplinaire
- Avoir une grande capacité d'adaptation face aux diverses situations quotidiennes
