AIS (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Nous recrutons un aide soignant (H/F) diplômé pour travailler en ehpad.
Les missions principales sont de :
- Dispenser les soins d'hygiène et de confort,
- Surveillance (prise de température, identification des changements des comportements du patient...),
- Surveillance et aide à l'alimentation, à l'hydratation,
- Soins préventifs,
- Accueillir et installer la personne et son entourage,
- Informer la personne des soins courants dispensés,
- Entretenir l'environnement immédiat de la personne... Aide Soignant diplômé (H/F) , nous recherchons des candidats rigoureux (ses), motivé(e)s et aimant le contact humain et le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
Vous savez gérer les situations de stress et vous êtes efficace dans l'urgence, vous avez le sens des priorités et l'esprit d'équipe.
Le respect du secret professionnel, des règles de confidentialité, respect des droits et de la dignité du patient font partie de la pratique professionnelle quotidienne.
Concernant le salaire le taux horaire est fixé selon la convention applicable au sein de la structure et selon votre expérience (reprise d'ancienneté).
