- Organisation des zugeteilten Postens
- Zubereitung und Ausgabe der Speisen und Desserts
- Warenbestellung, Annahme, Kontrolle und Verräumen
- Planung Bankette und Seminare
- Erstellen des Spaiseangebots nach Saison
- Planung Tägliche Menus
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Betriebshygiene- Konzept und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
- Sie sind dynamisch, kundenorientiert und belastbar
- Sie sind Selbstständig und haben saubere und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Koch und bringen mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der traditionellen italienischen Gastronomie mit.
- Sie haben eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und arbeiten gerne in einem Team.
- Sie weisen Erfahrungen in der Herstellung der Speisen nach italienischen Rezepturen vor.
- Sie sind vertraut mit Wareneinkäufe und Kalkulation der Menüs
- Sie Motivieren Ihr Team und Unterstützen Sie in jeder Bereich
- Sie können sich auf Deutsch verständigen.
