Join us! **Job Description:** Titan ET is a Critical Platform in APAC offering low touch Swaps trading to our clients across 7 different markets. It processes around 600k orders today and about 1.8 mn executions day to day. Working closely with Titan global team to implement changes, release and support the platform **Responsibilities:** + Working closely with Platform and Trading in Swaps and Cash desks + Working on regional business enablement features. + Working closely with Titan global team to implement changes, release and support the platform + Develop SME knowledge to recover Titan ET platform during issues and focus on stability + Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements + Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained + Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle + Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas + Automates manual release activities + Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance) + Design and develop distributed, high volume, high velocity multi-threaded event processing systems using Core Java technology stack in an agile setting + Provide high operational excellence guaranteeing high availability and platform stability **Required Skills:** + Strong coding knowledge, specifically core java development, and a track record of working well in diverse team settings as well as leading specific deliverables to completion. + Experience in Developing low-latency order management systems for Equities Trading. + Experience in Equity Swaps domain and front to back understanding of Equities trading is preferred + Excellent understanding of object-oriented design and development principles. + Experience with Spring framework: Spring Boot, Java, Transactional backend development + Software development skills: Git source control, branch/merge, pull requests + Basic knowledge of Linux and systems automation + Experience with working in Agile enterprise environment: SCRUM, Standups **Desired Skiills:** + Equities Trading domain knowledge + Strong organization, writing, communication skills + Experience with DevOps model and tools like Ansible is a plus + Experience with financial sector?
