Ben jij iemand die graag klanten verder helpt en energie haalt uit een goed georganiseerde planning?
In deze rol sta jij elke dag in direct contact met klanten en de werkplaats.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat herstellingen en onderhoud aan vrachtwagens en trailers vlot worden ingepland én opgevolgd.
Wanneer klanten binnenkomen of bellen, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
Je luistert naar hun vraag, stelt duidelijke werkorders op en zorgt dat iedereen — van collega’s in de werkplaats tot jouw leidinggevende — exact weet wat er moet gebeuren.
Soms vraagt een klant een offerte, en ook dan kan jij snel schakelen.
Je staat nooit alleen: je werkt dagelijks samen met collega-receptionisten en techniekers.
Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie en rustige manier van werken blijft de planning overzichtelijk, zelfs op drukke dagen. ProfielWie zoeken we?
Je past perfect in dit team als jij: een A2-, graduaat- of bacheloropleiding in een technische richting hebt (bijv. automechanica, elektriciteit, autotechnologie…).
al kennis of ervaring hebt met zware voertuigen (vrachtwagens, landbouwvoertuigen, heftrucks…)
graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt
het leuk vindt om bij te leren via opleidingen
vriendelijk en commercieel ingesteld bent: jij helpt klanten altijd met een positieve houding.
vlot Nederlands–Engels spreekt; kennis Frans is mooi meegenomen.
enthousiast, stressbestendig en klantgericht bent.
