INFIRMIER DE (F/H)

Sous la responsabilité de l'IDEC, vous assurez la continuité des soins et veillez au bien-être des résidents (les piluliers étant préparés en externe, vous gagnez un temps précieux pour l'humain !). Votre quotidien s'articule autour des missions suivantes :
- Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents et dispenser les soins infirmiers nécessaires.
- Coordonner les interventions de l'équipe d'Aides-Soignants au quotidien.
- Participer activement à la vie de la structure en étant force de proposition et en prenant des initiatives.
- Assurer la traçabilité des soins via le logiciel NETSOINS.
Conditions et organisation du travail :
- Contrat : CDI à temps plein de jour.
- Horaires : Amplitude de 12h (type 8h-20h / 7h15-19h15 / 7h45-19h45) comprenant 2 heures de pause réparties dans la journée.
- Rythme : 1 week-end sur 2 travaillé.
- Intégration : Un parcours de doublure de 2 jours est prévu à votre arrivée (possibilité de réaliser quelques vacations en amont pour vous familiariser avec les lieux).
