チャネル＆アライアンスチームでは、経験豊富なパートナーセールスマネージャーを募集しています。長期的な成功を見据え、リージョナル／グローバルのシステムインテグレーター（SI）、マネージドサービスプロバイダー（MSP）、付加価値再販業者（VAR）などのチャネルパートナーを開拓・育成し、新規顧客獲得、導入促進と収益拡大をリードしていただくポジションです。
チャネル＆アライアンスチームは、ベストオブブリードのマルチクラウドモニタリング製品に向けて、戦略的かつ差別化されたハイインパクトなパートナーエコシステムを構築・推進しています。シニアパートナーマネージャーとして、リージョナル／グローバルのシステムインテグレーター（SI）、マネージドサービスプロバイダー（MSP）、付加価値再販業者（VAR）などのチャネルパートナーを開拓・育成し、新規顧客獲得と収益拡大をリードしていただきます。

業務内容：
- 収益成長を促進する新たな戦略的チャネルパートナーの特定・リクルーティング
- トレーニング、事業計画、共同販売活動を通じた既存パートナーの有効化・活性化
- 戦略的パートナーシップローンチにおける技術・マーケティング面の調整・推進
- パートナーとの定期的なビジネスレビュー実施、説明責任の確保と成功指標の報告
- Datadogの各営業組織および関連部門との緊密な連携
- パートナー起点の新規商談パイプラインおよび収益の創出
募集要項：
- クラウドサービスまたはSaaS企業において、パートナー向けのビジネス開発、戦略的アライアンス、またはチャネル営業に10年以上従事した経験
- リード獲得からクロージングまでの営業機会創出、契約交渉、目標達成、長期的パートナーシップ構築の実績
- 技術的なコンセプトやアーキテクチャシナリオを迅速に理解し、口頭・文書で的確に説明できる能力
- 主要クラウドMSPパートナーもしくはSIパートナーのマネジメント経験（尚可）
- 年間20〜30%程度の出張対応が可能な方
