Anstellungsart: Zeit- / Saisonvertrag
- Intensive und detailierte Einarbeitung
- Annahme & Bearbeitung von eingehenden Buchungen/Anfragen (Telefonisch oder via Mail)
- Versenden von Angeboten & Bestätigungen, allgemeine Korrespondenzbearbeitung etc.
- Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
- Aktives Upselling
- Cross-Selling von Zusatzleistungen
- Professionelles Auftreten
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Erfahrung im Verkauf in der gehobenen Hotellerie (wünschenswert)
- Erfahrung mit der der Hotelsoftware MICROS FIDELIO 8 von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift) bzw. weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Flexibel, belastbar, selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst, teamfähig und engagiert
- "Hands on" Mentalität
- Winter: 6-Tage-Woche mit 48 Stunden (September bis Mai)
- Sommer: 5-Tage-Woche mit 40 Stunden möglich (Mai bis August)
