Je werkt in wisselende shiften tussen 06.00 en 20.00 uur en bent flexibel inzetbaar van maandag tot en met zondag, binnen een 5-daagse werkweek.ProfielAls teamleader ben je:
- Klantgericht en serviceminded
- Je bent commercieel aangelegd en gaat graag in gesprek met klanten en medewerkers
- Je kan een team leiden op het werkgebied dat jou het meest boeit
- Je motiveert en coacht medewerkers en kan hen aan het werk zetten
- Je bent flexibel naar uurrooster en werkplek toe
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands
