AIDE SOIGNANT (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Dans un cadre de soins à domicile, vous contribuerez activement à l'assistance et au bien-être des patients au quotidien
- Fournir des soins d'hygiène et de confort aux patients à domicile
- Assurer le suivi des prescriptions médicales en collaboration avec l'équipe soignante
- Participer à la surveillance de l'état de santé des patients et signaler les modifications
- Contribuer à l'organisation de l'environnement des patients pour garantir leur sécurité
- Collaborer avec les familles pour soutenir et informer sur les soins apportés
La proposition de notre client pour ce poste est la suivante :
- Contrat: CDI à 80%, horaires en coupé: 7h30-12h 16h30-20h
- Salaire: à partir de 12.31 euros /heure, selon ancienneté (reprise à 100%, prime 13 ème mois, PPV..)
