AIDE SOIGNANT (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Au sein d'un établissement dédié aux personnes âgées, vous contribuerez au bien-être des résidents et:
- Assurez les soins d'hygiène et de confort des résidents
- Collaborez avec l'équipe médicale pour suivre l'évolution de l'état de santé des résidents
- Aidez lors de la prise des repas et veiller à la bonne nutrition des résidents
- Participez à l'organisation des activités de loisirs pour stimuler les capacités physiques et mentales des résidents
- Respectez rigoureusement les protocoles de soins et de sécurité au sein de l'établissement
Voici les détails de l'offre pour ce poste :
- Contrat: CDD de 2 mois
- Salaire: à partir de 13,58 euros /heure selon l'ancienneté et le diplôme
- Poste de jour à temps plein ou à temps partiel Les candidat(e)s doivent posséder une première expérience en tant qu'aide soignant(e) et être qualifié(e)s pour travailler avec des personnes âgées.
- Maîtrise des techniques de soins auprès des personnes âgées
- Sens de l'écoute et de l'empathie développé
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique
- Certification requise : Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant(e)
- Compréhension des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité en milieu médical
