ACCOMPAGNANT EDUCATIF ET SOCIAL (F/H)
Pour un poste dans le secteur médical, nous mettons notre expertise en santé à votre service. Dans le cadre de vos vacations, vous assurez l'accompagnement global des résidents afin de préserver leur autonomie et de veiller à leur confort et à leur sécurité au quotidien.
Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire motivée, vos missions principales s'articulent ainsi :
- Vous accompagnez les résidents dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne (le lever, le coucher, l'aide à la mobilisation et l'aide à la prise des repas).
- Vous réalisez les soins d'hygiène, de confort et de prévention adaptés aux besoins de chaque personne dans le respect strict de sa dignité.
- Vous participez activement à la surveillance de l'état de santé général des résidents, vous appréciez les changements cliniques et transmettez les informations clés à l'équipe infirmière.
- Vous stimulez les facultés cognitives et motrices à travers une écoute attentive, une présence bienveillante et des activités de maintien de l'autonomie.
- Vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des projets de soins et des projets de vie individualisés des résidents.

- Horaires : Journées de 7h30
- Salaire: A partir de 14 euros/heure
