Position Available
We are seeking a Full-Time Commercial Housekeeper to join our growing team based in Cairns, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial and residential cleaning services
• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, and polishing surfaces
• Window and glass cleaning
• Restocking cleaning supplies and consumables
• Safe operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Following company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
• Travelling between client sites as required
• Reporting maintenance issues and workplace hazards
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
Essential Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential, commercial, Airbnb, builders, hotel, resort, or similar high-standard cleaning environments
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Own reliable motor vehicle available for daily work use
• Current National Police Check
• Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Ability to work across multiple locations throughout Cairns and surrounding areas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of performing manual cleaning duties
• Legal right to work in Australia
Please note: Applicants who do not hold a current Driver Licence, reliable vehicle, Police Check, White Card, and minimum one year of relevant cleaning experience will not be considered for this position.
