Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen im Großraum Gmunden/Vöcklabruck und sucht aufgrund einer internen Nachfolgeregelung folgende Position: Ihre Aufgabenstellungen:- Gemeinsam im Team verantworten Sie umfassende Agenden der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung inkl. Planung, Reporting und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die selbständige Durchführung der Personalverrechnung inklusive aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten für einen definierten Teilbereich
- Sie stehen den Mitarbeiter:innen in allen Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung sowie Zeitwirtschaft als Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite
- Gemeinsamt mit den Kollegen im Team sind Sie SAP HR Key-User
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Behörden, ÖGK, Finanzamt, Pensionskasse, etc.
- Um noch besser und effizienter zu werden arbeiten Sie mit in Projekten zur Optimierung des bestehenden Programms
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung
- Mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
- Fundierte Praxis und Kenntnisse aufs SAP sind ein wesentlicher Vorteil
- Eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie ein strukturierter, zuverlässiger und genauer Arbeitsstil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeiter:innen aus dem Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
