Vous contribuerez au bien-être des personnes âgées accueillies en assurant des soins attentifs et un accompagnement individualisé - Vous réaliserez les soins d'hygiène et de confort en respectant les protocoles de l'établissement - Vous accompagnerez les résidentes et résidents dans les gestes quotidiens en préservant leur autonomie - Vous participerez à l'observation de leur état de santé et transmettrez les informations à l'équipe soignante

- Contrat: Vacation
- Durée: 15/jours
- Salaire: 12.31 euros/heure + SEGUR+ reprise d'ancienneté sur présentation des justificatifs. Vous êtes aide-soignant·e, attentif·ve au bien-être et à l'accompagnement des personnes âgées
- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant ou une certification équivalente
- Vous prodiguez des soins d'hygiène avec rigueur, bienveillance et respect
- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de patience et de discrétion professionnelle
- Vous travaillez efficacement en équipe, sans expérience préalable requise
