2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen 2nd Level Support / IT-Support (m/w/d). Wenn du gerne technische Probleme löst, serviceorientiert arbeitest und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Anwendern hast, freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen.
Aufgaben
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen am Arbeitsplatz
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Kunden – telefonisch, per Ticket und vor Ort
- Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Windows- und Apple-Geräten
- De- und Installation von Software über Softwareverteilung
- Aufbau, Abbau und Umzug von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
- Strukturierte Verkabelung und Patchen an Netzwerkschränken
- Dokumentation und Inventarisierung von IT-Systemen und Geräten
- Protokollierung von Störungen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Einweisung neuer Mitarbeitender in IT-Systeme und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Mitarbeit in internen IT-Projekten
Qualifikation
Must-haves:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Apple-Geräten und macOS
- Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Schön, wenn du mitbringst:
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen, idealerweise HelpLine oder Jira Service Management
- ITIL Zertifizierung
- Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Support
