Unser Auftraggeber ist ein national tätiges, erfolgreiches Großhandelsunternehmen im Non-Food-Bereich. Eckpfeiler des Erfolges sind kundenorientierte Lösungen, motivierte und engagierte Mitarbeiter/innen sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue.Aufgrund des Wachstum suchen wir aktuell zur Verstärkung des Teams in Guntramsdorf eine freundliche Persönlichkeit. Profil:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Vorkenntnis im Bereich Einkauf
- strukturiere, eigenständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Stressresistenz
- gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
- MS - Office - Kenntnisse,
- idealerweise SAP Erfahrung
- Verhandlungsgespräche mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
- Lieferantenanfragen und Recherchen zu Produkten (insbesondere auch international)
- Auswertungen und Vergleiche von Angeboten
- Kommunikation mit den diversen Lagerstandorten, sowie Lieferanten und Spediteuren
- Koordination von Lieferungen in Verbindung mit unseren Logistikpartnern
- Bedarfsplanung - Disposition
- Allgemeine Datenwartung und Pflege in CRM und SAP
- Interne Transportplanung - Intra-Lager-Verkehr
- Datenverwaltung
- Rechnungsprüfung
- Reklamationsabwicklung
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten im Vertretungsfall

Entlohnung: Kollektivvertrag Handel Einstieg EUR 2.500,- brutto - geplante Einarbeitungszeit von ca. 3 Monaten, danach mögliche Erhöhung je nach Qualifikation möglich.
