INFIRMIER DE (F/H)

Remplacements de nuit — Service Médecine / SMR & EHPAD
Horaires : 19h30 - 07h30 (12h)
Missions : Prise en charge d'un service de Médecine/SMR d'environ 30 lits. Intervention ponctuelle sur la partie EHPAD en cas de besoin.
Équipe : Vous travaillez en collaboration avec 2 Aides-Soignant(e)s (AS).
Le petit + : Le repas de nuit vous est gracieusement offert par l'établissement.
Remplacements de JOUR — Service Médecine / SMR
Horaires : 07h00 - 20h00 (12h) avec 1 heure de pause déjeuner (de 12h à 13h ou de 13h à 14h).
Missions : Gestion d'un service de 30 patients.
Équipe : Présence de 2 IDE en 12h sur le service.
Vous gérez chacune un secteur dédié, mais l'esprit d'équipe et l'entraide pour les soins complexes ou la charge de travail sont au cœur de l'organisation.
Remplacements de JOUR — EHPAD
Horaires : 06h50 - 14h50 (Poste en 7h30 avec 30 minutes de pause).
Missions : Prise en charge des résidents répartis sur 2 étages (environ 40 personnes).
Équipe : Vous n'êtes pas seule ! Une seconde IDE est présente sur le site sur un format de 12h pour vous épauler.Une proposition inédite pour ce poste:

Vous êtes impérativement titulaire du Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier (IDE).
Débutant(e)s accepté(e)s : l'esprit d'équipe en place permet un accompagnement serein.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre sens de l'écoute et votre rigueur professionnelle.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez faire preuve d'adaptabilité (notamment pour les transitions ponctuelles SMR/EHPAD la nuit).
La maîtrise des logiciels Osiris et/ou Netsoin est un plus, mais votre motivation à apprendre fera la différence !
