Job responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
