Vous accompagnez les personnes accueillies au sein d'un établissement, en favorisant leur autonomie, leur bien-être et leur inclusion au quotidien - Soutenir les personnes présentant des troubles du comportement dans les actes de la vie quotidienne - Participer à la mise en œuvre des projets personnalisés et aux activités adaptées - Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour assurer un accompagnement cohérent et sécurisant

Vous êtes AES ou AMP F/H, expérimenté·e dans l'accompagnement de personnes présentant des troubles du comportement - Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Accompagnant Éducatif et Social - Vous avez une première expérience en FAM ou foyer d'accueil médicalisé - Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'accompagnement adaptées aux troubles du comportement - Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de patience et d'un bon sens de l'observation
