Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and non-banking financial institutions clients.
- Identify and originate new business opportunities while supporting the growth of existing client relationships.
- Deliver tailored banking solutions through close collaboration with internal stakeholders across product, credit, compliance, and operations functions.
- Collaborate with APAC and global coverage/product teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions and ensure consistent client coverage across the Mizuho network.
- Monitor market trends, client activities, and industry developments and translate insights into actionable client recommendations and coverage initiatives.
- Support the executions of strategic initiatives and internal governance processes, including pipeline management, portfolio reviews, and preparation of high-quality client and management materials, to enhance business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking / Finance or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years’ of experience in the banking industry, with exposure to global markets and institutional clients.
- 2-3 years of Relationship Manager experience covering financial institutions and non-banking financial institutions is preferred and will be an advantage.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for client communication, documentation and reporting.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and internal controls.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in Korea is required.
