Where You Come In:

Our Actionstep Certified Partner network plays a critical role in delivering successful customer implementations and driving long-term growth.

As Manager, Partner Operations, you'll lead the global team responsible for enabling, supporting, reporting on and operationally managing that ecosystem.

You'll oversee the day-to-day execution of Partner Operations, ensuring delivery consistency, operational readiness, partner accountability and effective escalation management across a growing international network.

This is a leadership role that combines people management, operational governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with Partner Success, Services, Product, Sales and Leadership teams to ensure partners have the tools, support and operational frameworks needed to succeed.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Leading, coaching and developing a global team of Partner Operations Specialists
• Driving operational consistency, communication standards and execution excellence across the function
• Managing team priorities, workload allocation and resource coordination
• Acting as a senior escalation point for partner, customer and delivery-related challenges
• Supporting partner accountability, delivery risk management and implementation success
• Building strong relationships across partner organisations and internal stakeholder groups
• Maintaining visibility across onboarding activities, active engagements, escalations and operational performance
• Identifying process improvements, operational gaps and scaling opportunities
• Supporting governance activities, operational reviews and reporting across the Services organisation
• Working cross-functionally to improve onboarding effectiveness, partner experience and delivery coordination
• Helping ensure the partner ecosystem scales successfully alongside continued global growth

About You

You're a confident operational leader who enjoys helping teams succeed while creating structure, accountability and clarity in fast-moving environments.

You'll likely bring:

 5+ years' experience within delivery operations, services operations, implementation management, partner operations or similar customer-facing operational leadership roles

• Proven experience leading and developing operational, customer-facing or partner-facing teams
• Strong experience managing escalations, operational risk and complex stakeholder environments
• Ability to balance relationship management with accountability and execution
• Experience coordinating operational delivery across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving capability and operational judgement
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across global teams

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience working within partner-led implementation or channel delivery models
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with implementation governance, delivery enablement or operational readiness programmes
• Experience within SaaS, legal technology or professional services environments
