The Wheel Repair Technician role:
As a Wheel Repair Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality repairs to minor wheel damage, ensuring every customer experiences the exceptional craftsmanship and service synonymous with Lexus and Toyota. Working in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled repair facility, you’ll use your technical expertise to restore wheels to the highest standards.

Key Highlights of the Role:
• Carry out wheel repairs on customer and used vehicle stock
• Mix and apply paints to match original finishes
• Maintain high productivity while meeting our strict quality standards
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Manage your own workload efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and targets
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Support colleagues in the wider aftersales team when required

Experience and Qualifications:
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in wheel repair or automotive body repair
• Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
• Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets
• ATA accreditation desirable but not essential
