The After Sales Customer Advisor role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Customer Advisor to join our friendly and dynamic team in Cornwall. You’ll be part of a trusted, family-run business with deep Cornish roots, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our people to reach their full potential.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives the outstanding service Toyota is known for. You’ll assist customers in person, online, and over the phone—handling service, MOT and repair bookings, creating estimates and invoices, and liaising with internal teams to deliver a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong vehicle knowledge, great organisational skills, and a genuine passion for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Be the friendly expert customers turn to for advice and guidance on all things vehicle-related.
•    Deliver exceptional service across every channel – whether face-to-face, over the phone, or online.
•    Take charge of service, MOT, and repair bookings, making sure every customer journey runs smoothly.
•    Get hands-on with vehicle imaging to support accurate and efficient bodyshop estimates.
•    Create and process customer invoices with precision and a personal touch.
•    Collaborate with our brilliant in-house teams to ensure every customer enjoys a consistent, first-class experience.

About you:

•    Strong, practical knowledge of vehicles and their components
•    Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet agreed deadlines
•    Quick to grasp new information and deliver thoughtful, informed responses
•    Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistently accurate and high-quality work
•    Confident using computers and web-based systems
•    Full, clean driving licence (essential)
