Portfolio Account Manager
Widnes / Hybrid at Least 3 Days Per Week / Home Working
£28,000 – £35,000 DOE
Plus Benefits Package including pension

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Portfolio Account Manager to join our thriving team at our Widnes Office.

This is a fast-paced hybrid role where you’ll spend a minimum of 3 days per week in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of valued customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.

Working closely with our Sales and Product Management teams, you’ll help drive success across our core product portfolios. Your focus will be on unlocking growth opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing directly to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Drive sustainable, long-term growth by maximising opportunities across our portfolios.
•    Collaborate with passion – bringing energy, commitment, and a ‘one team’ mindset to C&S, with a focus on our packed product portfolios.
•    Boost customer success – reduce attrition, expand trading accounts, and deliver impactful spot sales.
•    Take charge of activity management, ensuring every action is purposeful and drives results.
•    Keep Salesforce (CRM) at the heart of success – proactively updating and maintaining accurate data to power smarter decisions.
•    Lead with precision in pricing – manage and optimise updates within Q to support competitive advantage.

We Are Looking For:

•    A natural passion for sales – with the drive to succeed and the confidence to build strong relationships both internally and with customers. Being proactive, picking up the phone, and connecting with as many customers as possible will be at the heart of your success.
•    A hunger to learn and grow into a highly skilled salesperson, with experience in managing existing accounts being a strong advantage.
•    The ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation, building trust and collaboration across teams.
•    Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude, bringing energy and support to collective goals.
•    Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proven eye for detail, with the capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
