M4 Corridor Based. Buckinghamshire HQ
£350 – £500 Per Day Depending on Experience
Your Background / Skills: Adhering to CDM requirements and ITP requirements, Quality Assurance, Construction Design, Groundworks/Civil projects, Project Management

Your first project:
We are looking for a Project Site Manager to oversee civil works on a Solar Park project near Abergavenny. This role involves overseeing key site operations, including road construction (cut and fill), drainage works, and small-scale civil engineering tasks.
Overnight accommodation provided if required.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Information management
+ Design and client liaison
+ Logistics planning
+ Materials ordering
+ Working planning
+ Managing a small team with approximately 20 workers and support staff (some remote)
+ Work allocation
+ Variation tracking
+ Checking measurements, testing and samples
+ Completing quality inspections (ITP)
+ Checking progress and internal reporting
About you:
+ Experience of managing groundworks/civils projects
+ Understanding CDM requirements
+ Understanding ITP requirements
+ Following contract and programme
+ Experience of interpreting design information
+ Experience of collecting quality assurance information
+ Effective communication skills – written and oral
+ Good computer skills
+ Good interpersonal skills
