1.Mechanical Engineer / Draftsman
Proposed salary: $75,000 to $90,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
1.Undertake in-house and external training to develop your knowledge of air-conditioning and mechanical services systems design and drafting as required. Including Australian Standards. Design details eg. Velocity design requirements.
2.Using AutoCad with various mechanical Add On Packages in the development of shop, schematic and as built drawings of new and existing air conditioning, exhaust, mechanical services and associated plant and equipment
3.Update and modify drawings in AutoCad
4.Communicate closely with various project managers and the Queensland Projects Manager to manage incoming workload and delegate to others as necessary
5.Communicate closely with the drafting manager and team as well as the Queensland / National Projects Manager to determine workload, availability
6.Assistance to project managers with Maintenance Manuals and Documentation
7.Carry out site measure and produce shop drawing from site measured sketches
8.Assistance with drafting functions in various state offices, when time arises
9.Assistance in maintaining of material data bases as required
10.Assistance in developing systems to generally improve efficiency of project departments in all offices
11.Provide technical advice to clients and team members on air conditioning systems
12.Allocate responsibilities for the preparation of estimates and delivery of installation projects
13.Carry out and or assist in the preparation and submittal of quotations for HVAC installations.
14.Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect
15.Apply, support and follow our National Projects Standards
16.Apply and support Occupational Health and Safety and quality initiatives
17.To abide by Airmaster’s Waste Management Policy and promote environmentally friendly practices;
18.Other duties as required

Authorities:
1.Stop any work which is unsafe
2.Reject/Rework any work considered not to meet client specifications

Competencies required:
1.Relevant trade qualification, e.g.: Certificate IV in drafting and relevant experience
2.Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
3.Proficient use of AutoCad
4.Clear verbal and written communication using Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet applications
5.Well-developed interpersonal skills

2.Service Co-ordinator / Administrator (General clerk)
Proposed salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all phone calls and emails to the service centre are answered expeditiously
- Ensure that all technicians have productive work. Coordinate RDO’s, AL, PL as required
- Despatch and co-ordinate technicians to complete works.Works include reactive, quoted and maintenance works
- Liaise with Customers and Airmaster Account Managers to provide updates on works in progress
- Liaise with technicians to reduce work in progress and ensure completion on works meets agreed KPI’s
- Apply and support Airmaster and Customer Quality and Occupational Health and Safety initiatives
- Generate client reports and internal reporting as required, to keep all parties informed of progress
- Raise service jobs, purchase orders and follow up with suppliers as required
- Assist with service centre and reception telephone support as required
- . Obtain and enter technician/apprentice times each week
- . Ensure technician reports and documentation are completed and compliant
- . To abide by Airmaster’s Waste Management Policy and promote environmentally friendly practices
- . Other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Airmaster Management.
Performance Measures:
- Any unanswered telephone calls or customer requests, and time to take calls and follow up works
- Number of, and value of open jobs at the end of each month
- Technician productivity
- Completion of reactive, quoted and maintenance works within the agreed customer KPI’s

Authorities:
- Allocate field staff and sub-contractors to jobs
- Close off jobs when advised
- Change rosters to suit changing requirements
- Purchase minor items from approved suppliers, provide Technicians Purchase Orders for parts.
Competencies required:

- Clear verbal and written communication, pleasant phone manner
- Computer basics, Word processing and spreadsheet applications

- Driving licence preferred.

4.Office manager

DUTIES
Administration
1.Manage day to day office operations
2.Responsible for facility management including maintenance, repairs and admin support for the premises
3.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
4.Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
6.Ensure continuous improvement of office administration systems
7.Provide administrative support to executives and project managers as needed.
8.Ensure IT network is working at optimal level
9.Relief other admin position including reception, service coordinator and contract coordinator.

5. Trade assistant
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per annum
Duties:
1.Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy workshop and worksite;
2.Transport tools, materials and equipment to and from sites;
3.Perform assembly and dismantling tasks, such as screwing or bolting;
4.Read, interpret and follow drawings;
5.Purchase of good as per directed or as per job requirements;
6.Operate all mobile plant and lifting equipment as and when requested (subject to licensing requirements);
7.Work safely and follow all safety instructions not limited to information contained in your AAMS induction or site induction;
8.Assist tradesmen in carrying out works as directed;
9.Manufacture of air-conditioning duct-ware;
10. Undertake any other reasonable associated duties as directed by your Supervisor or Management taking into account your skills and abilities;
11. Completes all required paper work, time sheets and JSA/SWMS as required;
12. Prepare and complete all paperwork & documentation as required by Manager or other administration staff in a timely manner;
13. Manage Work Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental hazards in the workplace and off site when required;
14. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
