Sachbearbeiter Ersatzteile / Ersatzteilverkäufer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
Bearbeitung Bestellungen und Betreuung von internen und externen Kunden im Bereich Ersatzteile in Deutsch und ösisch
Technische Abklärungen beim Lieferwerk und bei externen Lieferanten
Telefonische Kundenberatung Direktverkauf in Deutsch und ösisch
Erstellen von Offerten und Erfassen von Aufträgen in SAP
Verantwortung für Terminkontrollen
Führen von Preisverhandlungen im Kompetenzbereich
Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Pflege von Stammdaten
Mitarbeit bei der Inventur und bei Projekten
Bearbeitung von Retouren
Ihr Profil:
Grundausbildung als Automobilfachmann/Baumaschinenmechaniker mit Zusatzausbildung im kaufm. Bereich (Handelsschule, o.ä.)
Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Fliessende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in ösisch Level B2, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
Kundenorientierte, teamfähige sowie belastbare Persönlichkeit
Verkäuferisches Flair und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse und SAP-Kenntnisse
Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
