The Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Shopee team plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making through data‑driven financial insights. We partner closely with business leaders across markets and functions to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Our team ensures financial discipline, identifies areas for operational efficiency, and supports sustainable growth initiatives across the region.
Job Description- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning processes.
- Analyse variances between actuals vs budget/forecast and explain key drivers.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards with clear financial insights.
- Partner with business teams to understand performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accountancy or Business.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
- Full‑time interns preferred (3-6 months).
