Product Engineer Customer Data & Processes (m/w/d)
- Das Applikationsmanagement sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Customer Data & Processes Tools (z. B. SAP CX, Salesforce, Emarsys, Sprinklr) aktiv voranzutreiben
- Eine hohe Software-Qualität in deinem Verantwortungsbereich sicherzustellen
- Consulting, Abstimmung und Prozessmanagement zwischen Fachabteilungen, Software-Partnern und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zu übernehmen
- Datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, indem du aus verschiedenen KPIs gezielte Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Software ableitest
- An nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten mitzuwirken und diese zu leiten
- Einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich beziehungsweise einer durch relevante Berufserfahrung erworbenen gleichwertigen Qualifikation
- Erster Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise im Customer Data Umfeld oder in der Business-/Requirements-Analyse
- Ausgeprägter analytischer und technischer Kompetenz mit starkem Prozessverständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence sowie in der Erstellung von User Stories
- Begeisterung für kundenorientierte Software-Lösungen
- Einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Kommunikationsstärke - sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch - und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
