Requirements:
- This role requires full-time office presence in Cape Town.
- 4+ years experience working as a Data Scientist
- Hands-on, practical experience analysing and interpreting large datasets
- Strong experience building predictive models, machine learning solutions, and statistical analyses
- Experience working in an English speaking environment
- Must have experience with Python
- Must have experience with SQL
- Must have experience with Google BigQuery
- Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools
- Experience deploying and monitoring models in production environments
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to translate business problems into data solutions
- Strong statistical thinking and experimentation skills
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources
