
Solution Architect (65)
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end architecture of critical systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Enterprise Architecture and ICT strategy.
Your Responsibilities- Define and design enterprise-level system architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and propose products/solutions based on enterprise standards.
- Develop and enhance the architecture blueprint to align business and ICT strategies.
- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality code and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews, including performance tuning, system prototyping, and maintenance.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles.
- Strong expertise in .Net and/or J2EE applications, with excellent data modeling and SQL skills.
- Solid understanding of server-side development, SOA (Service-Oriented Architectures), web services, and e-services development.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence decision-making.
- Results-driven, with a customer-focused mindset and strong leadership skills.
- Lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies and modern architectural frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
